Hustle on the topic, I wanted to make the access of this knowledge even easier.
Instead of creating concentrates and using three different bottles of varying water volumes, I just wanted to be able to drop my minerals in and call it a
day. You can enter whatever values you please to calculate, or select a preset below, taken from the previously mentioned Barista Hustle article.
So long story short, this will calculate how much Epsom Salt (the Magnesium source) to add and how much Baking Soda (the bicarbonate buffer) to add to a gallon jug of distilled water.
